UK Deliveries (except Channel Islands)
Delivery is free on all wheel orders of £475.00 or more. A carriage charge of £19.95 is applied to any orders below this value with the exception of selected sale wheelsets where carriage is free. Shipment is via DHL, meaning your wheels should be delivered the next working day following dispatch. Please add an additional working day for deliveries to the Highlands and Islands.
Channel Island Deliveries
Please contact us before placing your order to arrange the VAT removal. It will be the customer's responsibility to pay any import duties and VAT to the relevant authorities.
Worldwide Deliveries
Please contact us to get an accurate shipping quote and arrange the VAT removal. It will be the customer's responsibility to pay any import tax including import VAT to the relevant authorities in the country of destination.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order is complete we will advise you by email and provide you with a link to track your delivery.
Lead Times
Recommended Builds and Sale Wheelsets - Our current lead time is around 5 working days from receipt of order to dispatch. Some of our Sale Wheelsets are already built and may be dispatched sooner.
Custom Builds - We aim to complete the build and dispatch your wheels within 5 to 7 working days of receiving your order. In the event where we are unable to fulfil the order within this timescale, which is normally due to availability of components from our suppliers, we will contact you to discuss.
Should you have an urgent requirement then please contact us in the first instance and we will do all we can to assist.
We will shortly be relocating from our temporary operating base in Falmouth to Aberdeenshire. This is the final piece of the jigsaw in our move from Spain back to the UK.
During this time there will be a short period when our wheel building operation is suspended. We will however still be taking orders and talking to customers both via telephone and email.
If you are looking to place an order in the very near future then we would advise you to do so ASAP as we will be suspending our workshop operation from Friday 1st September, with a planned resumption date of Monday 9th October. Any orders taken after 1st September will be placed in our build queue and fulfilled on a ‘first come, first served’ basis once we are up and running again. Should you have an urgent requirement then please get in touch and we will do whatever we can to help.
