In this section we aim to provide you with technical information & guidance, designed to help you make a more informed decision about your choice of wheelset. Many customers know exactly what they want and choose to go straight to our custom builds section, whilst others may need some help and guidance with their selection. Either way is fine by us and we would always encourage you to get in touch to discuss your requirements should you be unsure.
Unlike off the shelf 'factory wheels' we can tailor your wheels to match your specific needs in terms of component choice, budget, application, rider weight and very importantly riding style. We believe every customer is unique and we can design and build a wheelset to match virtually every need.
We will shortly be relocating from our temporary operating base in Falmouth to Aberdeenshire. This is the final piece of the jigsaw in our move from Spain back to the UK.
During this time there will be a short period when our wheel building operation is suspended. We will however still be taking orders and talking to customers both via telephone and email.
If you are looking to place an order in the very near future then we would advise you to do so ASAP as we will be suspending our workshop operation from Friday 1st September, with a planned resumption date of Monday 9th October. Any orders taken after 1st September will be placed in our build queue and fulfilled on a ‘first come, first served’ basis once we are up and running again. Should you have an urgent requirement then please get in touch and we will do whatever we can to help.
